A Successful Graduation Celebration With Hog Roast Wembley!

Greg’s graduation bash was a blast, and Hog Roast Wembley was thrilled to play a key role in the festivities! After smashing his final exams and graduating with top honours, Greg’s proud parents, Debbie and Graham, pulled out all the stops to commemorate his achievement with a family garden party.

Under a canopy of clear blue skies and with temperatures soaring in the mid-twenties, the family gathered in Debbie and Graham’s beautifully decorated garden adorned with “congratulations” banners and a riot of colourful balloons, reflecting their overflowing pride.

Because no event is complete without a delicious meal, Hog Roast Wembley stepped in to serve our sumptuous Alfresco Menu, and, oh boy, did it hit the spot!

We kicked things off with our crowd-pleasing bamboo charcuterie boards—loaded with savoury cold cuts, tasty Italian cheeses, fresh breads, olives, and a choice of dressings. It was like a carnival of flavours right there on the tables!

Then came the pièce de résistance: our iconic hog roast sandwiches, featuring tender pulled pork, crispy scratchings, homemade sage and onion stuffing, and a dollop of tangy applesauce. Accompanying these delights were sides that didn’t disappoint: zesty tomato and mozzarella salad, crisp seasonal greens with bell peppers and cucumber, creamy lemon mayo coleslaw, and roasted new potatoes infused with garlic and rosemary.

For our non-meat-eating guests, we served up grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers with flatbreads, sweet chilli sauce, and refreshing tzatziki dip—ensuring everyone had a delicious option to enjoy.

To cap off the feast in true celebratory style, we delighted everyone with our light and tangy tarte au citrons, and the quintessential summer pudding dressed with fresh cream.

Greg couldn’t wipe the smile off his face all day, soaking in the love and laughter with his nearest and dearest. It was a party filled with delicious eats, belly laughs, and memories to last a lifetime—a true celebration of Greg’s hard work and achievements.
