Hog Roast At Tandridge Village Hall
Hog Roast Tandridge offer a variety of menus to all our customers. Each year we attend several events to serve our well known, delicious feasts to the people of Tandridge. Our team of dedicated professionals always deliver friendly and high quality service. Our menus are made up of starters, mains, sides and desserts. Our most popular main is the large spit roasted hog rubbed in salt to create a gorgeous crackling, this if often served with floured bread rolls, a selection of salads and of course, our delicious stuffing. Our meals are well known throughout Tandridge and we pride ourselves on our five-star reputation.
During winter last year, we had our usual busy period around Christmas, often we are called for corporate events, festive parties and New Year celebrations. The menus chosen for these particular occasions are sit down meals because of the formality at the venue. Michael, one of our regular customers, contacted us early November 2017 to book his usual works do at Tandridges village hall. We were familiar with the location and the menu. Of course, our team were happy to be at Michael’s service and when the day came around, it was a great success. It began by our team arriving early to set up the work station. The hall was ventilated therefore they could produce the fine feast indoors. After hours of roasting the meat and setting up the salads and sauces, Michael and his guests arrived and took their seats. Our team included 2 waiting staff to serve the meals directly to the tables. The plates were piled with tender hog and herb potatoes ready to warm up the wintery season of December.
The whole day was a triumph and the team left the event clean and tidy with 50 satisfied, very full customers. Michael explained how he had been thinking of hiring his own machine out from us to try and cater for his own event. We invited him to one of our very own training days here at Hog Roast Tandridge and he was delighted.
