In preparation for the summer, Hog Roast Hornsey has been contacted by a festival organiser to arrange catering for their upcoming folk festival. The event takes place annually and combines great music with art, stalls, and catering options to create a wonderful weekend event each July. For the catering, a variety of different people have been hired to serve food throughout the weekend, including our team. Out of our 7 different catering menus, it was decided that a classic hog roast would be ideal for the occasion as it looks and smells delicious while cooking, so is bound to attract plenty of hungry festival-goers to see what we have to offer!

In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Hornsey team will arrive at the venue with plenty of time to prepare for the 2:00pm start time. Our menu will be on offer until the evening to allow as many guests as possible to enjoy our catering. We will begin by slow-roasting the hog and ensuring that it is cooked to perfection. Once ready, it will be expertly carved and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we will be providing homemade chips and a fresh salad option to create a varied and nutritious meal for everyone to enjoy.
