When the day of the quiz arrives, the Hog Roast Tottenham team will get to the pub in the afternoon and set up our catering station in the beer garden. The menu needs to be ready for 8:00pm, so we will get the hog roasting early to allow it at least five hours to cook to perfection. Once the hog is ready, the succulent pork will be expertly carved and served in fresh bread rolls, or a gluten-free alternative. For meat-free guests, we will provide BBQ-pulled jackfruit, which is a delicious veggie alternative to pork. The mains will be accompanied by homemade chips, corn cobettes, gourmet coleslaw, and a green leaf salad. Overall, our dishes will combine to create a hearty and filling evening meal, with more than enough for every customer to enjoy.
