Here at Hog Roast Isleworth we cater spring, summer, autumn and winter and every season are as popular as the last. We cater in all weathers and nothing stops us as we always come well prepared if we are catering outdoors we always bring our trustee gazebo to shield us and guests from the wind and the rain.

On Saturday we did an outdoor event at the local youth football team presentation with Hog Roast Isleworth. We brought the gazebo and set it up on the field the young boys were having a kick about as we began to cook we placed lots of potatoes on one machine and rows of sausages on another, we then began to make some sauces a nice tomato sauce and a mild mustard and honey sauce. We then began to make salad and coleslaw our food is very healthy and youngsters really enjoy our food we like to serve lots of salads and find the children cant get enough we make lots of nice dressings and sauces which the children enjoy helping themselves with so this always pleases the parents too. We then set about making some fillings for the jacket potatoes we made a cheese and chive filling, tuna and mayo and a spicy curry flavour.

We watched the youngsters receive their awards then like a herd of elephants they came charging towards us! They were all eager to taste and we filled the fluffy potatoes with fillings and handed them out the youngsters filled their plates with salads and sauces and we placed the pure beef sausages on sticks they particularly enjoyed eating the sausages this way. The youngsters were telling us that they loved the Hog Roast Isleworth food and saying how tasty the potatoes are a few of the mothers said they were amazed to see their sons eating salad as they normally don’t at home we said we are sure it’s the dressings that help we always make new flavours of dressings and there is always plenty of variety for all. As we cleared away some of the parents came over and thanked us saying it was nice to see the boys eating healthy and saying how much they enjoyed the food too. We always aim to please.
