Just this weekend we were asked to cater at Julian and Claire’s wedding, and they didn’t hesitate to inform us of all their special requests and we were, of course, happy to oblige. The main thing that Claire was concerned about and wanted to make sure her wedding caterers would provide is a vegetarian menu that was just as good as the meat options. Having been a vegetarian for over a decade Claire really had an eye for what she wanted and so at first had been apprehensive when her fiancé suggested Hog Roast Richmond. Julian is an avid meat eater and had always dreamt of having a spectacle of a roast like ours on his big day and so Claire was happy to compromise but not before we wowed her with our vegetarian dishes.
Our Hog Roast Richmond chef whipped up some of our most loved vegetarian dishes for Claire to sample including our fantastic halloumi skewers and roasted vegetable tart. Impressed, Claire went ahead and booked us for her big day and hasn’t looked back since!
