We recently catered a birthday party for Adam, who had heard great things about our services. Wanting to treat his thirty-five guests to our sumptuous pigs in buns, made from a hog that we would roast on the day so it would be as fresh as can be, Adam said he also wanted to give his guests extra options. On the day of Adam’s 40th birthday, our professional Hog Roast Balham team cooked up a storm, starting with our chef preparing the meat from scratch at the venue, a local sports hall. After scoring the meat all over diagonally, and then covering it in plenty of water and then lots of salt, it was sizzling away for hours on end while we kept an eye on it. By the time it was done to pure perfection, all of the guests had arrived to some amazing aromas, a sight for sore eyes, and they were in for a wonderfully tasty treat with our succulent pigs in buns, freshly-cooked wedges and our garden-fresh salads.
