Gallery exhibitions come in many shapes and sizes and showcase all kinds of different things, ranging from portraits and sculptures to abstract art and live performances. Sarah volunteers at a community art group that provides workshops and classes for local people to attend. This spring, the group is hosting an exhibition at a local art gallery to display some of their favourite creations and to showcase all of their hard work. This will be a great way for the group to share their talent with friends and family and to see their creations in a professional setting. Hog Roast Kensington has been hired to cater for the opening night of the exhibition, serving one of our delicious buffet menus to 150 guests. It was decided that a classic hog roast would be ideal, alongside a meat-free alternative.

In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Kensington team is planning on arriving at the gallery in the afternoon, giving us plenty of time to prepare for the 6:00pm start time. We will begin by slow-roasting the hog and ensuring that it is cooked to perfection, before being expertly carved by our chef. The sliced pork will then be served in fresh bread rolls and accompanied by sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we will be serving halloumi and vegetable skewers and BBQ-pulled jackfruit, which are both delicious and meat-free. The mains will be accompanied by homemade chips, sweet potato fries, a tomato and mozzarella salad, and gourmet coleslaw. Overall, we are expecting our catering to go down a treat, since we have a wide variety of dishes on offer and plenty for everyone to enjoy.
