Hog Roast West London Cooking Up A Delicious Feast

At this time of year, with both private and corporate Christmas parties in full swing, Hog Roast West London is as busy as ever, but that doesn’t mean that we can’t cater your party or event. You get to choose from whole-roasted turkeys or a slow-roasted free-range pig, and this is accompanied by a medley of seasonal vegetables, cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes and pigs in blankets, all smothered in our homemade gravy and with all the fabulous trimmings you’d expect (like stuffing, apple sauce and crackling for a hog roast festive meal). You even get mince pies and brandy cream for afters, and what could be more Christmassy?

If you fancy our Hog Roast West London winter warmer instead, like Justin asked us to provide for his private Christmas party over the weekend, you get to choose your meat, vegetables and potatoes, and it’s a great way to keep your guests warm and toasty if you’re having an outdoor event. Justin asked us to cook a centrepiece hog roast for his special occasion, to serve together with butternut squash, courgettes, carrots and new potatoes with herbs, and we’d also serve our homemade trio of apple sauce, sage and onion stuffing and onion gravy.

On the day of the party, Hog Roast West London arrived at the venue, a local boutique hotel, and set up our equipment outside in the chilly air, but before long, the hog sizzling away warmed us up. Later in the day, we prepared the potatoes and veg and cooked them inside the machine and made our tasty accompaniments and by 3pm, we had a delicious feast ready to serve.
