Catering for a sweet sixteen last weekend and the first we had ever done here at hog roast Merton. So we can safely say there isn’t an occasion we haven’t catered for! From weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, engagements, corporate events we have done them all.

Catering for seventy-five teens and we were keen to get started on the hog roast Merton. Upon arrival we were shown to a large room to cater from and we ran through the menu again with the girls mother who was a lovely lady. We then set about cooking we first placed the sausages on one machine and rows of them fresh pure beef sausages award winning too we must add! We brought with us a box of finger buns ideal to pop the sausages in and then we set about making some sides. We diced and chopped and sliced lots of fresh crunchy salad vegetables and placed them in huge bowls made an assortment of dressings and dips for the salads too, we then made some vegetable skewers we placed some courgettes, red onion, mushroom and tomatoes on each skewer then placed them on the machines to cook these literally take minutes and are loved by all. We also placed lots of corn on the cobs to cook too and knew they would also be a crowd pleaser.

As the youngsters arrived they were straight over to the tables and chatting among themselves and saying how awesome the hog roast Merton looked! As soon as the sausages were cooked we placed them on the table moments later they were gone! And lots of happy teens were enjoying the food. The girls parents came over and personally thanked us for putting on an amazing spread and said they were so grateful and said they couldn’t have chosen better caterers. We said that it wasn’t a problem at all and we had had a lovely day the other teens parents arrived and they too said the food was amazing we left feeling happy and this is what keeps us going and makes going to work an absolute pleasure day in day out we really are happy caterers it has to be said.
