For a private party that we attended over the weekend, our dedicated professionals cooked a feast of our pigs in buns. After freshly preparing the meat with plenty of water and salt (to keep it moist and the latter to create that amazing crackling that you know and love), the hog sizzled away for ages until it was perfectly cooked both inside and out. Once carved, bits of meat and crackling were added to soft rolls and wraps along with our homemade stuffing and apple sauce, and then we were finally ready to serve the eager guests who were chomping at the bit to dig in!
