Hog Roast Edgware We’re proud of our Hog Roast Edgware hog roasts, which took us a long time to perfect and which we serve as either pigs in buns or plated meals, and the meat and crackling that our high-quality hogs produce are accompanied by our delicious homemade apple sauce and stuffing (as well as homemade gravy if you decide on plated meals). However, we’re just as proud of our spit-roasted whole English lamb that we stud with rosemary and garlic, our free-range chickens that we rub with thyme and sea salt, our free-range turkeys that are slow-roasted with a sage butter and our whole sirloin of English beef, which we brush with mustard and cook how you like. Each comes with its own relevant trimmings of course, such as mint, cranberry or apple sauce, as well as delights like chipolata sausages or Yorkshire puddings, and you can add a side or two or multiple courses if preferred.

In terms of special diets, just let us know of any requirements when you book and you can then choose the best options, such as vegetarian skewers that are full of halloumi and veg and served with sweet chilli and Tzatziki or even gluten-free pigs in buns.
